Privacy Policy for Use

• Once vehicle will leave from the garage, minimum fare of 4 Hours will charge.
• If a booking will cancel within 2 hrs of the scheduled time, Rs 200/- will charge.
• The above rates are based on Garage to Garage Kms. and Hrs.
• Payment: atleast 20 % at the time of Confirmation and balance on completion.
• Tariff is subject to change view hike in fuel prices with mutual under standing.
• Vehicle covering below 300 kms in a day shall be billed as per local charges.
• Extra driver allowance would be paid after 10:00 pm and before 5:00am for local & outstation.
• Orissacabs reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own Discretion and without any prior notice.
• On no account driver on force asked to go on speed beyond the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
• Kindly check the vehicle before realizing. We are not responsible for any loss of bags/articles.
• Our Vehicle do not go to bad and narrow roads
• Vehicle surrender time on the last day of trip + time taken to travel to garage should not be later 00.00am.
• Air Condition would not run during the vehicle is stationary.
• GST will be charge extra
• Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the cancellation policy.
• All disputes subject to Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only.
